Wood spliter Mayer 2.0, FULLY AUTOMATED!

Wood splitter Mayer 2.0 is different update of our parade horse wood spliter Mayer 1.0 as we are constantly improving and adapting it to our client’s needs and requests. In terms of competition, it is also extremely massive, powerful yet highly efficient and productive, only different is transportation of logs thus this splitter is truly ONE MAN operated!
Adjustment can be made by the dimensions, the log side loading, the driving (electric/hydraulic), various versions of splitting knife, the layout method (mobile/fixed).
The splitting knife is adapted for all log thicknesses (up to 50 cm) as it moves up or down according to to the log thickness. The number/splitt thickness of final product can be 4/6/8/16 of firewood logs.
The length of the log is unlimited as dosing line is driven by electric engine controlled push rod. On the exit side of the splitter is a sump from which the firewood can be stacked directly onto the pallet. At the request we produce a conveyor belt of desired dimensions.
Standard log loading ramp is 2,5 m wide and 3 m long.

Work Capacity
Average log diameter of 30 cm, 6 hours for 33 pallets of logs (1 x 1 x 1,8m) ti. ca. 32 tons of logs.
